Waited for 7 hours with my daughter only to be told they couldn’t admit her or keep her safe so have to take home my very ill daughter home and provide 24 hour care ourself while we wait for a bed to become available. Wasnt offered a drink or anything else, when I enquired about meds for my daughter was told nothing could be given. Had to ask on several occasions what was happening whilst my daughter was getting more and more anxious. A awful experience for her which did very little to help her mental health.
Suggested improvements
Given more information, been a lot more caring of my daughters situation and not left a mentally very unstable girl sitting around for hours on end.

From the moment we walked through the door the care and attention we were given how been exceptional. Although and very difficult conversation Dr. Daniel Masud has been unbelievable for the first time in years. Someone has actually listened and cared. There are no wards to excess our gratitude to him.

Absolutely horrendous treatment from Tony and all the other staff members. There are no words to describe my pain.
Suggested improvements
Staff keep spying on me for absolutely no reason. When patients scream and yell at me, staff look on with cheer. A patient threw her slippers at me yesterday and nothing was done.
